This presentation provided a comprehensive review of challenges that hindered the operation and implementation of urban digital twins. This project was designed with a bifurcated, holistic, and rigorous approach of research papers and a Delphi expert survey, which would be found of interest to a range of stakeholders, from researchers to practitioners and national mapping agencies.
